Completely Assembled. Ready to drop in to a customer provided enclosure, connect to gas supply and plug into 110v outlet. 300,000 BTU. For use with Natural Gas only. Note - Remote turns unit on and off only. Must install manual in-line valve if you wish to regulate flame height. Unit is not UL listed. Note: These kits are made to order and take approximately 2-3 weeks to ship.
